We have over twenty years' worth of experience placing candidates across leading hedge funds, asset managers and private funds in the Americas and Europe. Our focus is primarily to use our extensive network to facilitate the hiring of investment professionals across Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Credit Funds. We have a presence across the US (NY, SF and Miami) and London.

Our Mindset
We are bespoke search specialists; using a meticulous screening process alongside industry references to deliver the best candidates to our clients. Every search is completely unique and Blackbird Search understands this implicitly. We have completed successful searches across multiple geographies, asset classes and built out investment teams for several alternative managers. All of these searches were tailored specifically to each client, with candidates being recommended through our network before being thoroughly vetted.
